Terms of Service

The Service

ShipREKT is a playful, self-imposed shipping challenge: you choose a countdown (7, 14 or 30 days), launch a real, live product before it runs out, and build a public profile of your work, streaks and achievements. "Getting REKT" simply means you missed a deadline. It is a game — there are no real-world penalties.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for keeping access to the email address linked to your account secure, since login is by email.

Membership and payment

Access requires a paid membership (currently £5/month), billed through Stripe. There are no free accounts or trials. Membership renews automatically each month unless you cancel; you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your current billing month. We may change pricing for future periods, with notice. Memberships are non-refundable — see our Refund Policy.

Your content

You keep ownership of the profile details and products you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to display them within the Service. You are responsible for what you post, and you confirm that:

• the products you mark as shipped are genuinely live and accessible at the URL you provide;
• your content is accurate, lawful, and yours to share;
• it does not infringe anyone else's rights or contain malware, spam, or harmful material.

Acceptable use

Keep it honest and decent. You must not: submit fake, broken or misleading ships; impersonate others; harass anyone; post illegal, hateful or harmful content; abuse the reports or kudos features; attempt to game streaks or stats; or try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the Service.

Reports and moderation

Members can report ships that look fake, broken or not live. We may review reported content and, at our discretion, hide or remove content, reset stats, or suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. We aim to be fair and human about it.

Links to other sites

Shipped products link out to third-party websites we do not control or endorse. You visit those links at your own risk.

Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or discontinue features.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.

Termination

You can stop using the Service and cancel your membership at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes. These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have jurisdiction.
