Refund Policy

ShipREKT is a flat £5/month membership. To keep pricing simple and low, we do not offer refunds — but you are never locked in: cancel anytime and you keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for.
No refunds
Membership payments are non-refundable, including for partial months, unused time, or a change of mind. Because the fee is a small monthly amount you can cancel at any moment, we do not issue refunds for time already billed.
Cancel anytime
Cancel whenever you like from your billing settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal — your membership stays active until the end of the current paid month, and you will not be charged again.
Billing mistakes
If something genuinely goes wrong on our side — a duplicate charge or a clear billing error — email us and we will put it right. That is fixing a mistake, not a change-of-mind refund.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy removes any cancellation or refund rights you may have under applicable consumer law that cannot be waived.
